• kg899 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate. Failure to do so may result in delayed communications regarding your account or transactions.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your kg899 account or any funds held within it to any other person.

kg899 reserves the right to lock or restrict an account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, suspected collusion, or potential identity fraud. During any such investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time and without notice during an event. Bets already accepted prior to suspension will stand.

• Providing false identification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age at any stage.
• Placing bets on events in which you have any material non-public inside information, including but not limited to sports events involving teams, players, or officials known to you.

kg899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at kg899's sole discretion.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, kg899 ceasing to serve a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
